"A Family Friend L.L.C.”  HOW TO BETTER UNDERSTAND YOURSELF Individual development is a multi-stage process in our lives. First, as children, we are learning who we are, how we interact with others, and how we fit into our community and the world around us. After we leave home, we become our own parents as we continue to learn about ourselves and how to find our own place in life. And when we have families of our own, we are now parents both for our children and for ourselves, as we continue to understand more about who we are. The workshop is appropriate for those who are interested in their own individual development and who may see themselves at a crossroads in their journey through life. Sessions are conducted in Russian. Alexander Gorodetsky, MA, is a psychotherapist with over 23 years’ experience (in the Ukraine, Israel and United States) leading workshops and support groups, providing consultation and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. The first session begins on October 3 Meeting Day: first and third Wednesday each month Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Fee: $ 20 (per person, for one session) Location: Rockville, MD.
