| Premium Listing: Russian Cultural Centre in Washington DC The Russian Cultural Centre is the official home of Russian Culture in the United States. The center opened in December 1999 following the signing of a bilateral agreement between the United States and the Russian Federation. RCC's primary goal is to help develop and foster positive relations between the US and Russia in the 21st century and beyond. For this reason the motto of RCC is — That Our Two Nations Never Again Polarize. To achieve this goal, RCC provides cultural, humanitarian, and language programs for Russians and Americans alike. Here we present the lifestyle, cultural and historic heritage of Russia and its people. Throughout the year RCC hosts a series of art exhibitions, concerts, film series, language courses and more.
